What are the benefits of the web conferencing option?

If you love the idea of having the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)^® education and becoming a CSA, but you don’t want to spend the time or money to travel to a physical classroom – and, when it comes right down to it, you’d still like to learn with the live interaction of a class -- now you can have the live CSA classroom come to you in your home or office through web conferencing.

Web conferencing sessions are led by the same expert CSA faculty who present in the live classroom. You’ll review the CSA course material and workbook questions that you studied independently prior to the web conference, in final preparation for the CSA exam.

Choosing the web conferencing option lets you:

• Experience high quality education delivered by expert faculty in the ease and comfort of your home or office
• Learn with people all across the country in a virtual classroom
• Ask questions of CSA faculty in the chat room and hear their answers live
• Prepare for the CSA exam through the online study session immediately following each presentation (supplements your individual study)
• Access recorded sessions for up to 2 weeks after they’re delivered to help your study or if you miss a session

Format

The live web class review is 12 weeks long, one 3-hour session each week. Each session covers two topics from the CSA Course, and the workbook review questions for those topics. A chat room allows you to ask the CSA faculty questions and receive answers during the web conference.

Candidates should plan on investing an average of at least 30-35 hours of independent study in addition to attending the web class review, using the workbook with the textbook (more than 35 hours is strongly recommended).

CSA Exam: Candidates take the CSA exam at a professional test center after they have completed the entire web class.
